• All tour itineraries are subject to change based on the season/ time of booking.

• Most tours include a light meal and refreshment (options: soft drink/ beer/ glass of wine)

• Pre-arranged customized tours are available on request

• Rates are inclusive of guest pick up and drop off is included / additional fee will be charged for pick up & drop- offs from different town or location beyond usual tour perimeter.

• We are open for tours on public holidays, on requests

• Please advise in advance if guests have any special requirements / dietary requirements/ allergies.

• Please advise in advance if there is any special occasion being celebrated such as birthdays anniversaries.

• Our tours are child friendly
• Children below six years are treated as free (only one child for parents)
• Children six years and above will be treated as an adult and will be charged full amount for all tours.

1. Invoice payments to be settled before 30 days

2. Proof of payment must be sent after payment is made

3. Cash Payments before or immediately after tour

• Cancellations must be done at least 48 hours before the scheduled tour

• No fee will apply for cancellations received 48 hours prior to tour in writing

• All cancellations must be in writing and be made by the person who submitted the booking form.

• 100% cancellation fee will be charged for no show, cancellations made on the date of the tour/ within 24hours of scheduled tour.

• Once tour has started, no refund for any unused portion or part of the tour or services to be provided will be given.
